HEAD OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and distribution.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and contract management.
- Optimize operational costs, inventory levels, and delivery performance.
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead and develop the supply chain team while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
YOU SHOULD:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional qualifications in Supply Chain Management or Procurement will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in supply chain management, with strong leadership capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with ERP systems and inventory management processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
