This position demands expertise in maintaining critical engineering systems such as HVAC, boilers, compressors, generators, and water treatment facilities. You will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to optimize equipment reliability and efficiency, while managing resources including manpower, spare parts, tools, and external service providers. Leveraging your analytical skills, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
