Join our dynamic team as a Production Planner, where youll play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery operations and maintaining high-quality standards. You will oversee daily, weekly, and monthly schedules to meet customer deadlines, monitor sewing production processes, and implement corrective actions to address process abnormalities. Additionally, youll analyze style feasibility for efficiency improvement, manage style changeovers, and uphold compliance with health, safety, and lean manufacturing principles. Collaborating with HR, youll also contribute to employee satisfaction through effective people management practices.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in Textile and Clothing along with 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity.
