This dynamic position involves overseeing critical HR functions, including payroll management, attendance, employee relations, and driving recruitment initiatives to meet strategic manpower goals. You’ll support and drive the end-to-end recruitment process and support in sourcing efforts, onboarding and inductions while building robust talent pipelines through innovative partnerships. Collaborating closely with Team Leaders and Group Leaders, you’ll uphold compliance with Group policies and legislative requirements while fostering an engaged and motivated workforce.
