Grace Lanka Apparels is looking for a Digital Content & Customer Experience Executive to join the AnationZ marketing team. If you love social media, editing content, and talking to customers, this role is for you.

Digital Content & Customer Experience Executive

Location: Head Office, Panadura.

What you’ll do

• Create daily posts and stories for AnationZ social media
• Coordinate with customers via calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
• Answer inquiries, clear doubts, and follow up on orders
• Assist in planning brand shoots once every 2 months
• Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes content independently
• Learn and support e-commerce operations

Who we’re looking for:

• Fluent in spoken English
• Preferably under 25 years old
• Experience in photo and video editing
• Able to share previous work samples
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Skilled in CapCut and Canva
• Willing to learn and grow in digital marketing and e-commerce
