D & D Constructions (Pvt) Ltd is a leading construction company committed to delivering quality residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Sri Lanka. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Technical Officer to strengthen our project team.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites.
- Ensure work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate site records.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct quantity measurements and verify completed work.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
Requirements
- Diploma, Higher National Diploma (HND), National Diploma (NDT), NVQ Level 5/6, or an equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in building construction projects.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site supervision.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A valid riding or driving license will be an added advantage.
