About the Role
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and results-oriented Supply Chain & Business Development Executive to join our team. You will coordinate supply and procurement, liaise with suppliers and project teams, maintain customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities to support the company's growth. Strong coordination, negotiation and relationship-building skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate supply & procurement activities
- Liaise with suppliers, project teams and customers
- Monitor deliveries and stock levels
- Identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain client and supplier relationships
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or degree in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Previous experience in supply chain, sales, procurement or business development (preferred)
- Construction industry experience (advantageous)

- Organisational and coordination abilities
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Valid driving licence (must)

Vacancy: Quantity Surveyor (QS) / Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior QS)

The Role
Manage project costs, prepare estimates and tender submissions, monitor budgets, administer contracts, and support the financial and commercial success of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates & budgets
- Review drawings, specifications & contract documents
- Prepare & evaluate tenders and quotations
- Monitor costs, cash flow & profitability
- Prepare payment claims & final accounts
- Assess variations & claims
- Coordinate with project teams, clients & suppliers
- Prepare cost reports and identify risks
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree, HND or recognised QS qualification
- Construction industry experience
- Strong knowledge of measurement, BOQs, estimating and cost control
- Proficiency in MS Excel / QS software
- Senior role: substantial experience & ability to manage projects independently
