RECOVERY OFFICER

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Recovery Officer to join our Credit Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for minimizing credit losses by engaging with delinquent account holders, establishing realistic repayment arrangements, and conducting field follow-ups while adhering to ethical debt collection standards.

Core Duties:

• Actively trace and contact defaulted borrowers to arrange debt recovery
• Conduct field visits to premises of default clients and guarantors
• Recommend accounts for write-off or legal proceedings when recovery efforts fail
• Keep comprehensive records of all collection efforts and customer communications

Experience Profile:

• 1–3 years in debt collection, microfinance, banking, or credit management
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, conflict resolution, and emotional resilience under pressure

Residing close proximity

Residing close proximity in Kottawa – Homagama area preferable.
