QC ENGINEER
Job Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Control (QC) Engineer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for inspecting materials, monitoring production or construction processes, and ensuring that all company outputs meet high standards of quality and international compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections, tests, and evaluations of raw materials, equipment, and finished products/projects.
- Ensure all work complies with company standards, project specifications, and ISO/industry regulations.
- Prepare, document, and maintain accurate inspection reports, quality logs, and test results.
- Identify defects or non-compliance issues and coordinate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions.
- Supervise quality control procedures on-site or at the manufacturing plant.
- Conduct internal audits and train junior staff or workers on quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Material Science or a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a QC Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role.
- Strong knowledge of QC methodologies, inspection tools, and international standards (ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000 guidelines).
- Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
- Good communication skills in English (both written and verbal); knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
