Production Assistant Manager
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Prepare and maintain cost sheets and BOM based costing for the company’s product range.
- Above 10 years of experience in production or manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow management.
- Knowledge of CNC machines, lathe machines, milling machines, welding, and metal fabrication will be an added advantage.
- Ability to monitor production targets, product quality, and delivery schedules.
- Good knowledge of quality control procedures, workplace safety, and 5S practices.
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate with maintenance, stores, quality control, and other departments.
- Good computer literacy and knowledge of production reporting systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
