PATTERN MAKER
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop accurate patterns for dresses and blouses based on OEM standardized design specifications, technical sheets, or samples.
- Create accurate patterns and manage digital pattern-making and grading using TukaTech software.
- Verify measurements and ensure precision in all pattern components to deliver proper fit, comfort, and quality.
- Interpret designs and modify patterns to improve fit, comfort, and overall production efficiency.
- Work closely with Design, Production, and Sewing teams to ensure patterns align with actual product construction.
- Conduct sample evaluations and identify necessary pattern corrections.
- Maintain organized pattern records and version control for all designs.
- Ensure all patterns meet strict quality and technical standards for mass production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by reducing defects and rework through technical expertise.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management based on business requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in pattern making.
- Proficiency in TukaTech pattern-making software.
- Strong specialized knowledge of dresses and blouses.
- Good understanding of garment construction, technical specifications, and fitting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
