Join MAS Holdings' Bodywear Value Stream as an Assistant - Human Resources Business Partnering Operations at our Pimbura location. We are seeking a proactive individual pursuing a Degree or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources, along with 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity to play a pivotal role in enhancing employee relations within a global manufacturing leader in intimate and swimwear categories.
You will foster strong relationships across all levels of the organization, offering guidance to employees and addressing workplace concerns to boost morale and satisfaction. By organizing engaging activities, coordinating CSR initiatives, and facilitating connections with external entities such as government institutions and community organizations, you will help create a harmonious and dynamic work environment. Leveraging your ability to build trust and manage sensitive situations, you will also support official visits, ensuring professionalism.
