Finance Manager (Manufacturing Sector)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- Professional qualification in ICASL / ACCA / CMA or other equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, costing and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven knowledge in taxation.
- Proximity to Gampaha area.
- ERP experience (Busy / SAP / QuickBooks / Tally / etc.).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and reporting.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and internal requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and efficiency.
- Provide strategic financial advice to management.
