Engineering Executive - Electronic & Electrical

We are in search of a dynamic individual to join our team for the role of Engineering Executive - Electronic & Electrical.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient operation, maintenance and reliability of production equipment, machinery and electrical systems through planned maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns, identify root causes and implement corrective actions to minimize production downtime.
- Execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment performance and extend asset life.
- Coordinate repairs, upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and equipment reliability.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze maintenance data and support Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records, spare parts inventory and technical documentation.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a maintenance or engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- Sound knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting techniques and preventive maintenance practices.
- Basic knowledge of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Electrical systems will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and maintenance documentation, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
