Senior Graphic Designer (Sublimation)

Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative sublimation, placement, panel, and repeat print designs for sportswear and activewear.
- Prepare production-ready artwork according to garment patterns, specifications, and print requirements.
- Create and modify artwork using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Ensure accurate colour separation, colour matching, scaling, placement, and print layouts.
- Coordinate with Design, Merchandising, Product Development, and Production teams.
- Review artwork and samples to ensure quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
- Meet production deadlines while maintaining creativity and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in apparel, sportswear, textile, or sublimation printing.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of sublimation printing, CMYK, colour separation, colour matching, and print-ready artwork.
- Understanding of garment patterns, panel prints, placement prints, repeat patterns, and print scaling.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- A relevant design portfolio will be an advantage.
