We are a well-established, CIDA Grade CS1 construction company with over three decades of excellence in the construction industry, specializing in Road Construction, Highway Development and Infrastructure Projects.
WE ARE HIRING!
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Location: Within Western Province
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates and tender documents.
- Manage cost planning, budgeting and financial reporting for projects.
- Measure completed works and value interim payments.
- Prepare variations, claims, and cost analysis reports.
- Assist in contract administration and procurement.
- Monitor project costs and cash flow throughout the project.
- Maintain records of all QS related documents.
- Liaise with engineers, clients, subcontractors and suppliers on cost related matters.

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics / Commercial Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying in road construction projects.
- Good knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost estimation, measurement and contract administration.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Excellent analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to work at project sites within Western Province.
ADDITIONAL ADVANTAGE
- Experience in government / donor funded projects.
- Knowledge of SMM7, CESMM and standard contract conditions.
