QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 5–6 years of experience in a senior management role.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, operational management, team leadership, and business development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the General Manager in planning and executing strategic objectives.
- Oversee daily operations and drive organizational growth and efficiency.
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with company goals.
- Prepare reports and present insights to senior management.
