To expand our technical team, we are looking for an experienced and talented technical engineer.
Technical Engineer – NGAV Solutions & Cybersecurity Solutions
Skills and Responsibilities
- Basic knowledge of installing, configuring, and troubleshooting operating systems and endpoint security solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships while working effectively as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and environments.
- Ability to understand and resolve basic day-to-day technical issues independently.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (BSc) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networking, or a related field.
- Good understanding of information technology solutions.
- Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of networking products will be an added advantage.
- Relevant certifications or hands-on experience in networking and security technologies will be beneficial.
