Sales Executive
Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)
JOB PROFILE
- Identify and approach potential customers for AMC contracts.
- Generate new AMC opportunities from Government, commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
- Submit/Follow up and Negotiate AMC proposals and quotations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up and collect AMC services & Repair Payments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Diploma in Marketing, Sales, Business Management, or a related field will be an added advantage.
- Minimum one year of experience in sales.
- Knowledge of HVAC/Air Conditioning systems will be an advantage.
- Strong customer relationship, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- A valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
