Quantity Surveyor (Female)
Location: Head Office – Thalawathgoda
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying (or equivalent), or a Diploma in Quantity Surveying (NDT/HNDE/NDES) with at least 8 years of experience in building construction (Contractor’s side).
- Below 40 years.
- Previous experience in quantity surveying for apartment projects will be an added advantage.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Cost planning, cost control, estimating and pricing, cost monitoring in entire construction period.
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), IPAs, tender documentation, contract administration, sub contractors payment.
- Variations, claims, extra work, progress monitoring, extension-of-time assessments.
- Supervising/mentoring junior QS staff.
Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Female)
Location: Head Office – Thalawathugoda
Qualifications & Experience
- HND/NCT or equivalent in QS.
- Experience of take-off quantities, costing, preparation of BOQ, rate breakdowns etc.
- Strong analytical, numerical & communication skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office (Excel & Word) & Auto CAD.
- Minimum 3+ years’ experience in building construction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing BOQs and project evaluations.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams.
- Monitor material usage.
