ASSISTANT PHARMACIST

JOB PROFILE
- Assist in dispensing medicines and consumables for both outpatient and inpatient prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
- Support uninterrupted pharmacy operations by improving workflow and delivering excellent customer service.
- Ensure the proper storage, availability and handling of essential and life-saving medicines.
- Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records, stock rotation and expiry management.
- Collaborate with the pharmacy team to ensure compliance with pharmacy standards and quality procedures.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Currently following a Diploma / External Pharmacist Certificate with SLMC registration as an Apprentice Pharmacist.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy.
- Good computer literacy with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fast paced healthcare environment.
- Willingness and flexibility to work on a shift basis, including night shifts.
