Job Profile
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team, ensuring accountability, discipline and professional standards.
- Oversee daily operations, manage workloads, monitor KPIs and take timely corrective action.
- Drive prescription conversion, pharmacy utilization and revenue growth to achieve and exceed financial targets.
- Analyze operational and financial performance to support informed decisions and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with Consultants, Medical Officers, Nursing, OPD, Marketing, Finance and other departments to improve pharmacy performance.
- Lead and sustain pharmacy improvement initiatives to enhance operational and commercial performance.
Candidate Profile
- Degree, Diploma or External Pharmacist Certificate with valid SLMC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Substantial experience in hospital or high volume retail pharmacy operations with prior supervisory or departmental management experience.
- Strong commercial and business management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue and operational KPIs.
- Experience in developing and implementing revenue growth and pharmacy utilization initiatives.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to lead diverse teams and drive accountability.
