Junior Executive: Agency Operations

The Role
Oversee and manage port-related operations, ensuring smooth coordination between vessels, authorities, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit port/airport for crew sign-on/off
- Communicate with clients via email
- Handle approvals and documentation
- Work flexible hours when required
- Update systems
- Facilitating husbandry services, cargo operations coordination’s, and attendance.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good speaking/writing in English and computer skills (MS Office & Outlook)
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Motorbike license
- Based in or near Colombo
