WE ARE HIRING
MEP SUPERVISOR

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee and supervise day-to-day MEP operations and maintenance activities.
- Ensure systems (electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire) are functioning efficiently and safely.
- Manage and guide site technicians and contractors.
- Maintain records, reports and compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Identify and resolve issues to minimise downtime and ensure smooth operations.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in MEP maintenance (building or commercial properties).
- Sound knowledge in HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Relevant technical qualifications (NVQ/ITI/ or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
