Senior Manager/ Head of Operations, Clinical Quality & Governance – Laboratories
What You’ll Do
- Lead end-to-end laboratory processing operations across the network, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.
- Drive clinical quality, patient safety, governance and compliance across all laboratory operations.
- Establish and maintain high standards for laboratory processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational and clinical performance, identify gaps, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with laboratory teams, medical professionals and key stakeholders to strengthen operational and clinical excellence.
Who We’re Looking For
- MBBS qualified medical professional with strong experience in laboratory operations.
- Proven experience in clinical quality, laboratory governance, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end laboratory processes and quality standards.
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic and results-oriented professional with a strong commitment to clinical excellence and patient safety.
