We are seeking a dynamic professional to manage the end-to-end merchandising process, ensuring seamless coordination from proto requests to final buy processing. This role involves maintaining accurate updates in the PLM system, preparing cost sheets, negotiating pricing terms, and ensuring timely delivery of prototypes and samples. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Embellishment, and Sourcing, to drive efficiency and meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating management decisions by engaging in reporting and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
The ideal candidate will hold a Degree in a relevant field or CIM as an equivalent professional qualification, and bring 2–3 years of experience in merchandising or a work experience in similar field.
