QUANTITY SURVEYOR – INTERIOR

QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess material and labor requirements.
- Monitor project costs and manage expenditures.
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
