Technical Officer - CCTV Service
Locations - Colombo | Matara | Kandy | Kurunegala | Jaffna | Anuradhapura | Batticaloa | Rathnapura
JOB PROFILE
- Attend to breakdowns, routine servicing, and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.
- Install, configure, and commission various CCTV systems.
- Estimate, plan, and supervise sites for CCTV wiring and infrastructure arrangements.
- Maintain and manage company-provided standby stock.
- Ensure proper documentation and reporting of technical activities.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 1 year of experience in CCTV surveillance installation, commissioning, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of data networking, including switching, LAN, and TCP/IP protocols, will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge of CCTV installation, maintenance, and programming, including NVR/DVR and various types of CCTV cameras.
- Good communication, presentation, and documentation handling skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours when required.
- Ability to participate in 24-hour duty/standby arrangements.
