JOB PROFILE (General)
- Create itineraries to meet travellers’ requirements.
- Respond to incoming enquiries accurately and promptly.
- Prepare tour costings and quotations.
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and suppliers.
- Ensure smooth tour operations, take ownership of services and maintain effective communication with internal and external parties.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience based on the position applied for.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
- A diploma or relevant qualification in Tourism or Hospitality will be an added advantage.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
