We are looking for creative and motivated Marketing Executives to join our team in the Industrial Solutions industry in Rajagiriya. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and promotional activities, along with strong communication and presentation skills. They should be creative, collaborative, and passionate about developing effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and support business growth.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of hands-on marketing experience, particularly in content creation and digital marketing.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Good command of English and Sinhala; knowledge of Tamil would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Canva or similar graphic design tools would be a distinct advantage.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Valid driving or riding license (car/bike) would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services.
- Create engaging marketing content for digital platforms, social media, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media accounts and support digital marketing campaigns.
- Design marketing materials using Canva or similar design tools.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate marketing activities, promotional campaigns, and events.
- Prepare presentations, marketing reports, and campaign performance updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and business partners.
- Identify creative ways to improve brand visibility and support business growth.
