Megakem Engineering (Private) Limited—Sri Lanka’s leading manufacturer and applicator of construction chemicals, operating both locally and overseas, and a proud member of Wardena Venture Holdings (Private) Limited—is seeking an energetic and motivated individual to join our team as a Trainee Technical Officer.
Trainee Technical Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise and coordinate on-site waterproofing and construction-related activities.
- Assist in the preparation of technical documentation and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to applicator teams.
- Monitor project timelines and support timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or NVQ Level 4 in Construction Technology.
- Sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and site management practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across the country.
