Shop Supervisor

Namal Fashion Collection – Thalawathugoda

We are a well-established textile business, looking for a reliable and experienced Shop Supervisor to lead our team at our showroom in Thalawathugoda.

About the Role

As Shop Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the showroom, including opening and closing, supervising and scheduling staff, receiving and checking stock deliveries, monitoring stock levels on our POS system, maintaining displays and cleanliness, and handling customer queries and complaints. This is a full-time, shift-based position, with working hours to be discussed at interview.

Requirements

• GCE Ordinary Level (minimum); GCE Advanced Level preferred
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or team-lead role
• Working knowledge of a POS system and stock control
• Experience in staff scheduling and ordering
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Honest and reliable, with references
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed
• Diploma or certificate in retail management or business administration is an added advantage.
