Quality Assurance Executive (Operational)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor daily production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, food safety regulations, and hygiene requirements.
- Conduct in-process quality inspections throughout chicken processing and further-processing operations. Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP), personal hygiene, sanitation procedures, and HACCP requirements.
- Verify product quality, processing parameters, and production and quality records.
- Identify non-conformities, report deviations, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support internal audits, food safety programmes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with established quality assurance procedures and company food safety policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Animal Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance or quality control within the food processing industry will be an added advantage.
- Sound knowledge of HACCP, GMP, GHP, and food safety management systems.
- Good communication, teamwork, observation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a production-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work shifts and meet operational requirements when necessary.
