VACANCY
PATTERN MAKER
LOCATION: CORPORATE OFFICE- WATTALA
JOB ROLE
- Interpret customer specifications and develop accurate patterns according to the given T&A, ensuring an efficient and effective product development process. Preference will be given to candidates highly skilled in handling knit fabrics, including washed and dyed products.
- Manage initial customer technical design packs and collaborate with factory sample rooms to develop technically accurate, fit-correct, and production-viable samples on the first attempt.
- Prepare and deliver complete and effective tech packs that meet all production requirements.
- Conduct risk assessments for each technical design pack, identify potential issues in advance, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Possess strong knowledge and hands-on experience working with both knit and woven fabrics.
- Contribute effectively to both manufacturing and product development activities.
- Maintain clear, professional communication with buyers and brand representatives.
INDIVIDUAL PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity in apparel industry
- Diploma in pattern making /grading or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent interpersonal skills & work in a team-based environment.
