RECOVERIES OFFICER – CREDIT MANAGEMENT
Toyotsu Lanka is a diversified organization operating in the automotive sector, with businesses in automobile servicing, vehicle sales, spare parts, and lubricant sales.
The selected candidate will be responsible for recovering outstanding and overdue payments from dealers and other business partners, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient and effective Management of the outstanding Recoveries of all segments.
- Closely work with Credit Controllers to (Corporates/Finance Companies/Dealers) to follow up on outstanding payments.
- Regular reporting on effectiveness and efficiency of the collections to the Head of Finance and provide Recovery information to the Senior Management and other Divisions as and when needed.
- Overseeing the investigation functions with regulatory bodies.
- Plan and coordinate routine recovery processes effectively and efficiently. This will require regular customer visits for collection.
- Inform irregularities and coordinate with the relevant internal divisions to resolve discrepancies.
- Ensure proper records and company SOP's are maintained throughout collection process.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
- A hardworking, dynamic team player between the ages of 25–40.
- Customer Relationship Management skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Having a valid Motorcycle Riding License.
