Job Description
- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.
- Coordinate site technicians, workers, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and safety requirements.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with engineers, clients and other site personnel.
- Prepare daily site progress updates and report site issues.
- Identify technical problems and coordinate corrective actions.
- Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment and materials.
Requirements
- Technical qualification or relevant experience in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar position in an engineering or construction environment.
- Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
- Good leadership, communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage site teams effectively.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
An Added Advantage
- Knowledge and practical experience in:
- Electrical control panels
- Electrical fault finding & diagnostics
- Motors, contactors, relays and control circuits
- Testing and troubleshooting of electrical/mechanical equipment
- Building services or industrial equipment
