Come join our team as an Assistant - Talent Acquisition
- Organize and coordinate division-wise recruitment campaigns across the island by liaising with HR Officers at Divisional Secretariats and other suitable locations.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including social media, employee referrals, job fairs, and local networks, to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate screening to identify applicants who meet the required job qualifications and selection criteria.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including candidate communication, interview scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and analyze recruitment metrics to monitor campaign effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, IMS requirements, ISO standards, and applicable legal and occupational health and safety requirements.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in organizing recruitment campaigns and candidate sourcing activities will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- A relevant professional qualification in Human Resources will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications and willingness to travel island-wide for recruitment activities.
