JOB OPPORTUNITY
WE ARE HIRING! QUANTITY SURVEYOR
ROLE SUMMARY:
- Manage all costs relating to construction projects, from initial calculations to the final figures.
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
- Undertake cost analysis and prepare interim payment applications.
- Perform measurement and valuation of works executed on site.
- Collaborate with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Prepare detailed cost reports and contract documentation.
- Advise on procurement strategies and contract negotiations.
PROJECT LOCATIONS
Icon Thalpe, Icon Mirissa, Icon Galle, Ultima Kadawatha & Upcoming Projects.
WORK STATION
Odiliya Head Office, Wattala. (Willingness to travel to outstation sites is mandatory)
REQUIREMENTS
- B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in high-rise/apartment construction.
- Strong proficiency in contract administration and measurement software.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Valid Driving License.
