KITCHEN PROFESSIONALS
An established food & beverage establishment is expanding its operations and invites dynamic, result-oriented individuals to apply for the following positions:

Available Positions
- Head Chef
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen management role.
- Proven track record in menu development, food costing, inventory management, and leading a team.
- Sous Chef
- Minimum 1 years of experience as Sous Chef or Senior Station Chef.
- Strong hands-on cooking skills and ability to manage daily line production.
- Chef Trainer
- Experience in kitchen training, recipe standardization, and quality control.
- Excellent communication skills to train and mentor junior kitchen staff.
- Commis 1 / 2 / 3
- Experience ranging from entry-level (Commis 3) to skilled preparation (Commis 1).
- Basic knife skills, food safety understanding, and willingness to learn.
- Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts or relevant industry experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.
- High standard of personal hygiene and work ethics.
