We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Chef De Partie – Butchery to join our 4-star hotel.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in painting, spray painting, surface preparation, and paint repairs, with good attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Position: Chef De Partie – Butchery
(At present, we have opportunities available for Demi Chef de Partie – Butchery and Commis III – Butchery.)
Location: Wattala
What’s on Offer
- Basic Salary: LKR 60,000
- Service Charge: LKR 35,000 – 45,000
- Accommodation: Provided
Key Responsibilities
- Handle meat and poultry preparation and cutting.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and proper storage.
- Assist the kitchen team with daily butchery requirements.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Butchery/meat preparation experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Good teamwork and willingness to work shifts.
