We are looking for dynamic and skilled professionals to join our growing team for the following positions:
CIVIL ENGINEER / SITE SUPERVISOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle accetate setting out and transferring measurements accurately to the site.
- Take and record Total Station (TS) levels, and perform precise setting out.
- Ensure compliance with design specifications, construction standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, and project team members.
- Prepare engineering documentation, reports, and site records.
- Conduct technical problem-solving and provide on-site support.
Requirements:
- BSc. or NDT/HNDE/NDES or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in civil engineering projects.
- Hands-on experience with Total Station equipment and setting out procedures.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant engineering software.
- Strong communication and site coordination skills.
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR / QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates.
- Handle tender quoting procedures efficiently, including pricing and subcontractor inquiries.
- Manage project budgets and conduct cost control.
- Assess subcontractor claims and prepare interim payment applications.
- Monitor material usage and reconcile with project budgets.
- Provide cost reports and updates to management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel & AutoCAD
DRAUGHTSMAN
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural, structural, and working drawings using AutoCAD.
- Produce council drawings and approval plans according to local building guidelines.
- Revise and update existing drawings based on engineer or architect instructions.
- Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to clarify technical details.
- Conduct site measurements when required to verify actual dimensions and specifications.
- Organize, maintain, and archive digital drawing files and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Certificate, NVQ Level 4, or Diploma in Draughtsmanship / Architectural Drafting.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in construction or engineering design.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD 2D (3D AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp is an added advantage).
- Strong technical drawing comprehension and attention to detail.
- Knowledge in Quantity Surveying (QS) will be a distinct advantage.
