PRO CUM CASHIER

We are looking for a responsible and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a PRO Cum Cashier.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient/client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage cash collections, receipts and daily cashing activities.
- Prepare and maintain bills, payments and relevant records.
- Coordinate with other departments and assist patients/clients.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure proper handling of company cash and documents.
- Support day-to-day front office and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a PRO, Cashier, Reception or similar position.
- G.C.E. A/L or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a hospital, medical centre or laboratory will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, interpersonal and cash-handling skills.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Ability to work any assigned shift according to the roster is essential.
- Responsible, friendly and team-oriented personality.
