Uga Chena Huts – Yala is seeking an Assistant Storekeeper to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about inventory management and committed to maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, organization, and professionalism. The ideal candidate should possess a willingness to learn and contribute effectively to an efficient store operations environment.

By keeping our inventory operations organized and efficient, as an Assistant Storekeeper, you will support the smooth functioning of our daily operations by ensuring stock accuracy, timely issuance of materials, and proper inventory control. We are looking for a dedicated professional who understands that behind every outstanding guest experience lies efficient store management, accurate record keeping, and seamless coordination across all operational departments.

The Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:

• A Proven Track Record: Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience as an Assistant Storekeeper or similar inventory related role, preferably within luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
• Operational Knowledge: Sound Knowledge of inventory and storekeeping procedures, including receiving and issuing goods, GRNs (Goods Received Notes), stock requisitions, stock rotation, stock counts, and proper store documentation. Ability to maintain accurate stock records and support the timely availability of supplies to all departments.
• Collaboration and Accountability: A dependable team player who works effectively with operational departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
• Organizational Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize daily tasks, maintain an orderly store, monitor stock levels, and ensure proper storage and handling of goods.
• Professional Qualifications: A qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Accounting is preferred.
