Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential buyers to promote and sell land and houses, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Proactively prospect across various market segments to generate leads.
- Follow up on potential leads from company marketing efforts to convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and meet agreed KPIs.
- Gather and report market insights, competitor activity, and customer trends to management.
- Should have an existing network of high-net-worth clients and past buyers to help drive sales.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 2 years of proven success in property sales.
- Fluency in English and Sinhala, with Tamil being an added advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a customer-focused approach.
