Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely creation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
  • Manage the performance and workflow of Data Entry Operators, Team Leaders (TL), and Team Members (TM).
  • Ensure the proper outflow of materials that meet the desired standards and quantities according to customer requirements.
  • Ensure that details of material and shipping information are updated and communicated to the relevant departments and management for improved decision-making.
  • Monitor and ensure the effective use of the ERP system to make informed operational decisions for assigned tasks.
  • Ensure that effective inventory management practices are executed and take appropriate measures to sustain them.
  • Lead and motivate the team, monitor performance, provide feedback, and take steps to develop their skills.
  • Ensure strict adherence to corporate standards and warehousing processes, including SOP/STW compliance, health and safety requirements, and 5S, across all activities while meeting customer compliance.
  • Proactively assess team dynamics and identify challenging situations or conflicts that may affect performance or morale. Provide appropriate support, guidance, or interventions to address these issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ensure proactive management of raw material inventory by continuously monitoring stock levels. Place orders in a timely manner to replenish materials before they reach the minimum required level, preventing shortages that could disrupt operations. This includes maintaining accurate records, forecasting needs, and collaborating with suppliers to ensure a steady and efficient supply chain.

Qualifications and Experience:

Educational Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Higher Diploma in Inventory Management or a related field.
  • A degree would be an added advantage.

Professional Experience:

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Strong negotiating skills.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
