Process Associate - Customer Support
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service via email and social media platforms.
- Assist guests with reservations, bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Offer detailed information about services, amenities, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and management, to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, and complaint resolution.
- Currently pursuing or holding a relevant degree or professional qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Presentation skills and persuasive skills would be added advantages.
- Experience in the hospitality industry would be an added advantage.
