Job Objectives

Supervisor – Reservations & Service Center is responsible for assisting Manager / Asst Manager for the effective operations of service center of dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives, which includes day to day operations of Reservations as well. She/he is responsible to ensure that all calls received are answered quickly and that a prompt follow up is done correctly. Her/his tone of voice, politeness & dynamism must be outstanding.

Candidate Qualification

  • Bachelor degree in Hotel Management or any relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years in relevant experience in a similar capacity, preferably in a hospitality business
  • Knowledgeable both in Call Center operation and technical
  • Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
  • Possess professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

About dusitD2 Feydhoo Maldives
