IT Assistant
We are looking for an IT Assistant to join Soneva Jani Resort.
Requirements and Skills:
- This position is open only for local, Maldivian applicants.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role at a luxury five-star resort or hotel.
- Strong ability to troubleshoot system errors and respond to user service requests in a timely manner.
- Proficient in installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripheral devices.
- Familiar with Windows and macOS operating systems, along with basic understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP and LAN/WAN configurations.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work cohesively in a team.
