EL - TORO Roofing Products Limited has set up its state-of-the-art production facility in Chilaw. The following vacancies exist at our factory for suitable qualified & experienced personnel.
Quality Assurance Officer / Supervisor
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct quality inspections and tests on raw materials, in process components, and finished products.
- Document and report quality issues or mon conformances, and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality related concerns and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide support during internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the development and review of quality control procedures and documentation.
- Assist in training employees on quality assurance processes and standards.
Requirements
- Preferably between the ages of 25 and 35.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a similar role.
- A graduate degree / Diploma with a strong background in physics, chemistry, or engineering.
- A diploma in quality management systems is a definite advantage.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities.
- Ability to comprehend technical manufacturing processes and work independently.
- Willingness to work extra hours.
