Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive to join our team in the Pharmaceutical & Ayurvedic Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, promoting both pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic products, and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including Ayurvedic practitioners and doctors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic product lines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ayurvedic practitioners, doctors, pharmacies, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events targeting both Ayurvedic and pharmaceutical professionals.
- Coordinate with the sales team to create effective promotional campaigns and product awareness.
- Manage digital marketing and branding strategies to enhance product visibility in both pharmaceutical and Ayurvedic markets.
- Ensure marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Pharmacy, Ayurveda, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Executive in the pharmaceutical and/or Ayurvedic industry.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with Ayurvedic practitioners and doctors.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products and pharmaceutical marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to travel for marketing campaigns and business meetings.
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
